NAIAD is proud to offer its Limited Warranty on all systems sold. We guarantee that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship when subject to normal use and service, for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of original installation, or for THREE YEARS from the date of shipment from our manufacturing facility, whichever expires sooner.  We will, at our option, repair or replace any NAIAD part(s) manufactured by us without charge provided that we receive notice of the defect within the period and, upon examination by us, determine that the part(s) are defective. All parts shall be shipped FOB, Shelton, CT. NAIAD will also, if necessary and within the foregoing period, provide, or arrange for its representatives to provide, authorized warranty labor without charge, less travel and sustenance expenses.
