S@A - Not Just For Superyachts M/Y Independence, a 55 ft. (17m) Sturier yacht is one of the first vessels of her size to be equipped with a Naiad Stabilization At Anchor system. The compact, but powerful Model 320 stabilizer was selected for this project, because it was designed specifically to bring S@A capability to yachts of this size range. Independence is a demonstration yacht owned by Mastervolt and Whisper Power with contributions by other marine suppliers including Naiad Dynamics. The yacht is traveling throughout Europe and the stabilizer is being used extensively both underway and at rest with excellent results.
