Established in 1967, Naiad Marine Holland BV (formerly KoopNautic Holland BV) is a recognized innovator of many stabilization concepts. In addition to fin systems, NMH pioneered the use of rotary stabilizers for slower speed vessels. In more recent times NMH introduced the first practical roll angle, velocity and acceleration (AVA) control system for yachts.
NMH became part of the VT Motion Control Group in 1998. Today the company is an integral part of the fully integrated VT Naiad Marine Group. Our history includes the supply of thousands of flight-critical machined components and assemblies for some of the world’s most demanding applications and customers. These customers include The United States Department of Defense, Sikorsky Aircraft Division of United Technologies (helicopters), Electric Boat Division General Dynamics (nuclear submarines), Lockheed Martin (missile defense systems), and many others. Parts and systems manufactured for NAIAD utilize the same CNC production equipment, personnel and quality assurance procedures as the parts manufactured for these customers.
